Users now have additional Operating System choices to use with KVM VPS servers. Fedora 32 has just been added to the available OS templates for VPS servers. This template is available for immediate deployment and can be selected from the “OS Reinstall” menu in the Server Panel for existing servers.
What’s new in Fedora 32?
Below is a list of notable changes/new features:
- nftables replaces iptables as the default network packet filtering framework
- firewalld now uses nftables as default backend
- Fedora 32 is packaged with MariaDB 10.4 by default – (see MariaDB 10.4 changelog)
- rdiff-backup v2.0.0 supports more efficient automated backup processes
